Purchasing carts that are to be remanufactured is the most important step of our process. Starting with carts that meet our guidelines which include, year, type of golf course (Public or Private), location of golf course (northern or southern carts), and energy units removed from the cart. All these things guarantee us and you a superior product.

Once the carts are dismantled we pressure wash the entire chassis (top & bottom) removing all grease and grime then we follow up with aluminum brightener making it look new again.

When building our carts we always keep our customers needs in mind and we know that a long distance between charges is a must. So we equip our carts with a new “H“  class motor made by D & D Motors that has the lowest amp draw rating in its class (giving you maximum distances out of a charge).

Here at Nobles we give you the choice of over a hundred Sunbrella fabrics so you can custom build your cart the way you want it. You also have a choice of custom painted bodies (base coat, clear coat). Our carts all come standard with painted bodies because of their scratch resistant qualities and clear coat layer that blocks those damaging UV rays that cause fading.
